Some cheesy North Okanagan history

Say cheese! Not for a photograph, but because it’s National Cheese Day, celebrated every two years on June 4. According to daysoftheyear.com, National Cheese Day – and, ahem, all of its gouda-ness – was first established more than a century ago in 1914 in Monroe, Wisconsin. Which makes sense.
