When the transaction is completed, 13 Prisma stores in Estonia will become Coop stores.

Finnish retail company Suomen Osuuskauppojen Keskuskunta (SOK), which operates Prisma stores, has decided to sell its business in Estonia to the country's retailer Coop Eesti Keskuhistu.
