Social Circle moved one step closer to a playoff berth on Wednesday with a doubleheader split with Jasper County. The Hurricanes took the final game of the series, but the ‘Skins grabbed wins of 3-2 and 7-3. The first game of the season took place on Tuesday and was highlighted by a strong start from Social Circle’s Jake Frachiseur, who pitched 6.1 innings of one-run ball.
