GRAND RAPIDS, MI — Utz Brands, a Pennsylvania-based snack foods manufacturer, is closing its Grand Rapids manufacturing and warehouse building at 219 Canton St. SW next year, the company announced Thursday.

The manufacturer on Thursday announced its decision, saying it wanted to "consolidate its manufacturing footprint" by closing one of its eight primary plants.
