The President of the Council of the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) Stevica Smederevac said today that the mandate of the majority of the members of the Board of Directors of the Radio-television of Serbia (RTS) has expired and that therefore the body has no legal basis to appoint an acting general director.
