The aroma of Maluhia Cattle Company’s 100 percent locally grown ground beef on a sizzling grill was a crowd-attraction on Monday during the Pau Hana Market at Kukui Grove. The Kauai Grown beef on a Japanese milk bread bun created by the Kauai Community College Culinary Arts Club was the club’s Smash Burger slider.
