The investigation against Ernst Nevrivy, the district head of Donaustadt, has been dropped. He had been accused of incitement to abuse of office and prohibited intervention.
The investigation against the Donaustädt district chief Ernst Nevrivy (SPÖ) about the purchase of a small garden has been stopped. This was announced by his lawyer Volkert Sackmann of the APA on Tuesday.
