The artist was subject to two complaints for acts that occurred in December 2023, one for sexual harassment, the other for sexual assault and attempt. The court dismissed the latter on Tuesday.
Slimane Nebchi was sentenced on Tuesday 16 September to a fine of 10,000 euros for acts of harassment in court on prior admission of guilt (ex guilty plea). Only one complaint was upheld, the others were dismissed.
