Slain Kitengela cop died out of excessive bleeding, had bullet wound in arm - Kahawatungu

Slain Kitengela police officer Manaseh Ithiru died of excessive bleeding, postmortem on his body showed. The autopsy was conducted on Friday at the Shallom mortuary by pathologist Dr.Simon Omuok. It also revealed Ithiru had excessive bleeding due to blunt force trauma. Also there was a sign of gun shot wound in the upper side of the right arm.
