SILVERBACKS ACQUIRE FORWARD VITAL DINIS FROM PRINCE GEORGE
The Salmon Arm Silverbacks have acquired 2006-born forward Vital Dinis from the Prince George Spruce Kings in exchange for future considerations. Dinis joins the Silverbacks following a 2025-26 season where he recorded 29 goals and 51 assists for 80 points in 55 games. “We’re excited to welcome Vital to our group for next season,” said Silverbacks Head Coach and General Manager Tyler Shattock. “He will bring a veteran offensive presence to our team that we feel needs improvement, while also adding an important component of leadership. Coming from a program that won a championship last season and competed at the Centennial Cup, Vital brings valuable experience that will benefit our group.” The 2006-born forward brings proven offensive production, championship experience, and leadership qualities to Salmon Arm as the Silverbacks continue to build for the 2026-27 BCHL season. Please join us in welcoming Vital and the Dinis family to Salmon Arm.
