The U. S. Department of Justice added Dr. Doyce Cartrett, Jr. , of Silsbee, along with five other physicians in Texas, to a False Claims Act complaint in which the physicians are accused of receiving thousands of dollars in kickbacks for their referrals of laboratory testing.
