Venezuela's caretaker government has signed agreements with Chevron, ENI and GE Vernova to privatize the energy sector, under the auspices of the US. The bilateral agreement gives Washington control of part of the oil reserves, with Donald Trump cheering, while incumbent President Delcy Rodriguez says the election is delayed.
