Sicamous RCMP see ‘some interesting things take place’ with vehicle thefts

Police say 3 vehicle thefts were reported, one more than last year, and fingerprint analysis identified a prolific offender.

In his quarterly report to council, Sicamous RCMP Sgt. Murray McNeil noted that though overall calls for service saw a significant decrease, they saw a small increase in theft of vehicles.
