No charges were laid in an attempted assault, but an intoxicated man did spend a night in jail. At 4 p.m. on May 10, the Sicamous RCMP responded to a reported disturbance on Silver Sands Road where a man was said to be “intoxicated and attempting to assault people in the residential area,” Sgt.
