A protest took place in Trieste today over the deaths of a man and a woman in an abandoned warehouse in the Old Port. Around 200 people took part in today's rally. The initially peaceful gathering turned into clashes with the police, in which three police officers were injured and one protester was detained.
Some ten people who were in Piazza Libertà for the demonstration of solidarity entered the structure of Via Flavio Gioia and, after the police intervention, clashes took place.
