Two people were killed in Rio de Janeiro this Tuesday morning while caught in the crossfire between police and criminals. Deborah Vilas Boas da Silva, 27, and José Carlos Miranda, 64, were both killed at the scene. A third person was injured.
The case was registered this Tuesday morning (18); according to the PM, a suspect was arrested.
