Man killed, another man wounded in Queens shooting
One man was killed and another wounded in a Queens shooting Thursday night, cops said. The victims, ages 28 and 26, were struck on 108th St. near Waldron St. in Corona around 8:38 p.m., police said. Medics rushed the younger victim who had a gunshot wound to the chest to Jamaica Hospital, where he died, cops said. The older victim was struck in the left leg and taken to Queens Hospital Center in stable condition.
