The assailants followed him after reviewing paparazzi videos documenting his public appearances. The shooting occurred as Shroff was leaving a football club, resulting in injuries to his driver and another person. Three suspects were apprehended in Kota, Rajasthan, with connections to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.
The accused waited outside the ground for 45 minutes. Immediately after the attack, they rode a bike to Andheri.
