In honor of Passover, Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal sent an official letter of greeting to Rabbi Yonatan Markovitch, Chief Rabbi and emissary in Kyiv, extending warm wishes to the Jewish community of Ukraine for the holiday of freedom.
