Sherman alumni help restore clipper ship

In 1988, seniors Jeff Elkins and David Tincher, along with a couple of other students, wanted to leave their mark on Sherman High School before they graduated. The group decided to weld the school's mascot, a clipper ship, and that structure has remained in front of the school for nearly 40 years.
