Shelter-in-place lifted for west end of St. John's, says RNC

Police have lifted a shelter-in-place order that affected parts of St. John's on Tuesday evening.

Shelter-in-Place Issued for James Place

The RNC have yet another intense operation underway in metro, the third or fourth in the past couple of days. People in the area of James Place off Topsail Road and Columbus Drive in the west end are being asked to “shelter-in-place.” It’s not known if that situation is related to a homicide on Empire Avenue on Sunday.
