Shedeur Sanders Makes Major Career Decision as Browns Star Links Up With Travis Hunter
The move gives Sanders formal representation as trade speculation grows and Cleveland keeps him behind Deshaun Watson, who remains the starter.
- On Wednesday, Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders signed with Adie von Gontard, CEO of Young Money APAA Sports, for representation after navigating his NFL draft and early career without an agent.
- Although Sanders made seven starts as a rookie last season, he has served as the primary backup to veteran Deshaun Watson through the first five weeks of his second year.
- Young Money APAA Sports now represents both Sanders and former Colorado teammate and Jacksonville Jaguars star Travis Hunter, positioning the agency to facilitate potential roster moves.
- While the Cleveland Browns maintain they have no plans to trade Sanders, the signing has fueled ongoing speculation about his future as a trade candidate.
- With the trade deadline less than a month away, observers suggest Sanders might benefit from a change of scenery, though the team remains committed to Watson.
