The Comiccon de Laval is back! After a long post-pandemic break, the second edition of the event will be held on 26 and 27 April at the Enclav in Place Bell. Visitors will be welcomed in this 25,000-square-foot space to celebrate popular culture, science fiction, horror, animated, games in all their forms, comics and comic books. There will also be more than 100 retailers and artists present.

Shatner to grace Comiccon

Montreal’s Comiccon has landed some big names in the genre category for this July’s festival: William Shatner and Elijah Woods along with others from the Star Trek and Lord of the Rings casts. It’s a bit harsh for CTV to call this “nerd culture” as their characters are hardly marginal entertainment in this century.
