According to the latest forecast by meteorologists, there is a risk of strong storms in most of Bohemia and part of Moravia. The warning is valid for Saturday and Sunday and also concerns hail, torrential rain and winds with speeds of up to more than 70 km/h. In storms, up to 30 millimeters of precipitation, or 30 liters per square meter, may fall in places, especially on Sunday, with the risk of flooding of smaller streams.
Strong storms reached the Czech Republic, first hitting western Bohemia and then moving inland, especially through the Central Bohemian Region, including Prague. The strongest storms were around České Budějovice and in the south of the Highlands. A weak tornado could also appear in southern Bohemia during the storms.

Doprovázet je může krupobití, přívalový déšť i vítr o rychlosti až více než 70 kilometrů za hodinu, vyplývá z výstrahy, kterou v sobotu dopoledne zveřejnil Český hydrometeorologický ústav (ČHMÚ). V deštích může hlavně v neděli místy spadnout až třicet millimetrů srážek, tedy třicet litrů na metr čtvereční.
