Seven out of 10 large companies in Romania want to reward their employees with bonuses or Christmas gifts. From money to gifts and experiences, they will show appreciation for the work of an entire year. Budgeters, however, no longer receive bonuses or the 13th salary. The austerity ordinance cut their benefits.
