A strong storm hit Patras on Tuesday morning, causing flooding in streets, basements of businesses and homes, mainly on Akti Dymaion and the New National Road Patras-Athens. In addition, water intruded into the premises of the University Hospital of Rio and "Agios Andreas", where energy upgrade works are underway.
