Senator PSD Daniel Zamfir announced, on Friday, following a meeting with the representatives of the National Council of Students, that he would support by an amendment to the Chamber of Deputies their request that the aspect of the uniform of each school should result by the full involvement of the students.
Daniel Zamfir, one of the initiators of the law that would require students to wear compulsory uniforms at school, met on Friday, October 2, with representatives of students and parents, to discuss the draft law that has already been adopted by the Senate. The meeting comes almost two weeks late, as he received a favorable vote without those affected by the new law being consulted.
According to the Social Democratic senator who initiated the bill, the positions are not that different.
