In the second round of the Senate elections in Znojmo, the former mayor of Moravský Krumlov Tomáš Třetina (TOP 09), who is defending his seat in the upper chamber of the Parliament, will face off against the candidate of the ANO movement Jiří Kyněra. Třetina won almost 36 percent in the first round of the elections and Kyněra 23 percent. 45 percent of voters came to the polls in this district, which also includes a small part of the Brno region.
