A Darby man has been held over for court on all charges in the May 2023 shooting death of 19-year-old Symir Lee. Miguel Anaglate, 21, of the 100 block of Summit Street, was held on charges of criminal homicide, second- and third-degree murder, robbery, conspiracy and firearms offenses in the shooting on the 200 block of North Ninth Street.
