Diddy Sued for Alleged Sexual Assault of Male Child Actor, Rep Denies ‘False’ Accusations
The suit says the entertainment mogul lured a child actor to a networking event before the alleged assault and seeks unspecified damages.
A former child actor identified as John Doe filed a lawsuit alleging Sean 'Diddy' Combs sexually assaulted him in 2007 at a Hollywood Hills networking event, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
This filing follows more than 100 civil lawsuits against Combs, a wave that began after singer Cassandra 'Cassie' Ventura's November 2023 rape and abuse allegations sparked an outpouring of similar accusations.
According to court documents, Combs allegedly engaged in nonconsensual sexual acts after Doe expressed discomfort, with the then-minor stating he left the party immediately following the encounter.
Combs' representative Juda Engelmayer denied the allegations as 'false and ridiculous,' while Combs serves a 50-month sentence at FCI Fort Dix Federal Correctional Institution in New Jersey.
The 56-year-old producer remains incarcerated with an expected release date of April 25, 2028, as legal proceedings regarding his various civil cases continue to mount.
