On August 20th, just before 3 p.m., Mantorp resident Martina Frode suddenly received a call. It was one of the teachers at her daughter Scilla's school, which had been having a sports day. The teacher said that Scilla and a friend had not been seen for over an hour after paddling away on the Svartån River by themselves. “I was just terrified,” says Martina of the drama that was covered in the media all over the country.
