Schmit: The competences of the Central Election Commission of BiH and OSCE standards cannot be negotiated

High Representative in BiH Kristijan Schmit stated that the competencies of the Central Election Commission of BiH (CEC) cannot be negotiated in the possible negotiations of the ruling parties at the state level regarding the adoption of the BiH Election Law.
