Saxon Unmanned Selects IGCS International and Lacks Enterprises for its High-Volume USA Manufacturing Par
The partnership will scale production of four flagship UAV platforms and uses fully domestic facilities that produce more than 60,000 parts a day.
On Sunday, May 10, 2026, Saxon Unmanned selected IGCS International and Lacks Enterprises to deliver high-volume, 100% USA-made production for its flagship Monitor VTOL, VIPER, Atlas, and Titan UAV platforms.
John Ferguson of Saxon Unmanned said the company chose IGCS and Lacks because "they deliver the fastest, highest-volume USA production in the industry," enabling manufacturing at scale while remaining affordable.
Operating in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the partnership accelerates output at IGCS's 80,000-square-foot composites center with 115 machines and three finishing facilities producing over 60,000 parts per day.
Fulfilling USA MADE for America's Drone Dominance program requirements, the partnership reinforces domestic supply chain security and manufacturing supremacy, said Russ Spears, President of IGCS International.
IGCS and Lacks are actively seeking additional unmanned systems partners, inviting forward-thinking drone manufacturers to bring designs to their Grand Rapids facilities to scale production faster and more affordably.
