Savannah Guthrie and family 'desperately' plead for missing mother's return

- Sheriff Chris Nanos said authorities asked residents within a 2-mile radius to submit footage from Jan. 1 to Feb. 2, and 'We believe we know why he did this, and we believe that it was targeted, but we, we can't, we're not 100% sure of that,' Nanos said.
