- The ACB alleges approximately Rs 1.52 crore was funneled from Euroteck through AN Enterprises into the bank accounts of Udit Prakash Rai and his relatives, with funds reportedly used to purchase immovable property.
- Communications between Ankit Srivastava, Nagendra Yadav, and Raja Kumar Kurra purportedly show coordinated efforts to alter tender specifications to benefit private entities, per electronic evidence reviewed by investigators.
- With the six suspects in custody, the ACB continues to examine the broader money trail and identify potential beneficiaries in the alleged criminal conspiracy regarding the Delhi Jal Board tender process.
