THE SAN MATEO COUNTY Board of Supervisors took steps toward banning the sale of nitrous oxide during its regular meeting in Redwood City.  “It’s time for the county to treat the abuse of nitrous oxide as a public health risk,” said Board President David Canepa during the Tuesday meeting.
