SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- City Council voted to override some of Mayor Todd Gloria's vetoes, but narrowly voted to not do a blanket override. In order to pass the override, council needed six votes, but narrowly fell short with a vote of 5 to 4. They ended up going line-by-line through the mayor's vetoes, and deciding which, and how, to override them. They decided to override all but six vetoes, plus reductions.
