SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- City Council voted to override some of Mayor Todd Gloria's vetoes, but narrowly voted to not do a blanket override. In order to pass the override, council needed six votes, but narrowly fell short with a vote of 5 to 4.
