Amos Cottage Site Sale Advances as County Opens Upset-Bid Period

Forsyth County has authorized an upset-bid process for the former Amos Cottage campus in Winston-Salem, with a $2.025 million lead offer from Gemcap Development. The buyer plans to demolish the aging building and construct a modern medical office facility after Wake Forest Health Sciences vacated the site.
