Saint John judge remembered for his unique and 'action-oriented' approach

Hugh McLellan, who died on May 17, once ordered a public memorial to honour a two-year-old girl who died of neglect and dehydration. A retired chief justice says the approach McLellan took in that sentencing hearing reflected how much he cared about the victims in the cases that came before him.
