The city of Bobo-Dioulasso hosted on Sunday 26 April 2026 the official launch of the 2nd edition of the Week of Fraternity of the Alliance of Sahel States (AES), on the margins of the SNC 2026. On the site of the artisanal village in the Bindougousso district, the ceremony also marked the opening of the Village of Communities, showcase of the cultural heritage of Burkina Faso and the subregion.
