Rznomics Presents Clinical Interim Data for RZ-001 in Recurrent Glioblastoma at ASNO 2026
Rznomics Inc. presented interim Phase 1/2a clinical results for RZ-001, an RNA editing-based gene therapy for recurrent glioblastoma, at ASNO 2026 in Kanazawa, Japan on June 13th.
The presentation on safety and preliminary efficacy data from the ongoing trial of RZ-001 was delivered by Dr. Chae-Yong Kim.
The interim analysis showed no new or unexpected treatment-related safety concerns, with no dose-limiting toxicity or Grade 4 or higher adverse events reported.
Several patients experienced tumor recurrence inhibition and disease control for over six months, with Dr. Kim noting a manageable safety profile and encouraging preliminary clinical activity.
