MUSANZE, Rwanda — Prime Minister Dr. Justin Nsengiyumva on Friday officially inaugurated A1 Iron & Steel Rwanda Ltd, the country’s first integrated iron and steel manufacturing plant, in a ceremony at the Musanze Industrial Park that signals a major step in Rwanda’s push toward industrial self-sufficiency and value addition of its mineral resources. The facility,
