The Russian army accidentally bombed its own population. A rocket hit an apartment block from the Russian city Rostov-pe-Don, according to the reports and films of witnesses who were charged, loaded on social networks.
On Tuesday night, according to reports on social media, a Russian air defense missile hit an apartment building in Rostov-on-Don. Russian authorities confirmed the fire in the apartment building, but said it was caused by debris from a Ukrainian drone. The reports of the Russian missile strike, as well as the Russian authorities' statements, have not yet been independently verified.
There was a series of massive explosions in the city.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported the destruction of 48 Ukrainian drones overnight. Ukraine is attacking military targets in Russia and is trying to retaliate with attacks on energy infrastructure.
