Around 500 people voted in the Russian State Duma "election" on Sunday at a polling station at the Russian Embassy in Tallinn, according to data from the Estonian Police and Border Guard Department.
A protest was held near the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Tallinn under the slogan "No elections for war!", in conjunction with the start of the vote in the regular elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Representatives of Estonian social and human rights organizations, members of the Ukrainian diaspora and Russian opposition activists residing in the Baltic region took part in the picket.
