As Russia and the US held talks in Saudi Arabia, a missile strike in the northeastern Ukrainian city of Sumy wounded at least 88 people, local officials said.

"Moscow talks about peace while launching violent strikes on densely populated areas of major Ukrainian cities," commented Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibikha.
