France supports the establishment of a Special Court to judge the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, in addition to the International Criminal Court (ICC), announced in Strasbourg the head of the French diplomat Jean-Noël Barrot, reports AFP.
The aim of this body, which is expected to be officially established in May, is to try as soon as possible those responsible for the "crime of aggression".
