Russian Government Seizes Control of Industrial Fan Producer Ventprom
A Sverdlovsk region judge has reportedly ordered the nationalization of Ventprom, Russia’s largest manufacturer of industrial ventilation equipment for mines, tunnels and metros.
The shares of the manufacturer of the industrial fans of the AO "Artemov Engineering Plant Ventprom" (AMZ "Ventprom", Sverdlovsk region") have been transferred to the State's income through the decision of the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg, and have informed Interfax in the company. "Nationalization took place and the State has now become the shareholder of our enterprise.
The shares of the Artemov Engineering Plant for the production of Ventprom industrial fans have been completely transferred to the State, following an appeal by the Deputy Prosecutor of Sverdlovsk province to the Lenin District Court of Yekaterinburg.
