The Moscow court today dismissed a complaint by the American journalist Evan Gershkov about prolonging the prison sentence, according to the French news agency AFP. The 32-year-old, who was transferred to prison on suspicion of conviction in March last year, is now in jail, awaiting trial, and will stay there until June 30, at least.
