Russia says man suspected of shooting top general has been detained in Dubai

- According to reports, the assailant posing as a delivery person shot Alekseyev in the Volokolamskoye Highway apartment building stairwell, injuring his foot, arm, and chest; he underwent surgery and regained consciousness in a Moscow hospital.
- Two suspects are set to be questioned and a Moscow court may hold a hearing on Sunday for pretrial detention while the FSB said an accomplice was detained in Moscow and another fled to Ukraine.
