Rümeysa Öztürk’s legal team plans to ask appeals court not to delay transfer to Vermont
The ACLU of Vermont, which is helping to represent the federal case of Rümeysa Öztürk, said arguments will be heard on Tuesday morning at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in Manhattan to determine whether she should be brought back to Vermont.
